    Food and service have improved a bunch since last year when I was here.
    They made us a special order pizza and brought some to our table, and put the rest on the buffet.
    The buffet was well stocked and had a good variety.
    The very handicapable gentleman at the register was great. Made us feel welcome and took care of problems before they escalated. He is a treasure.

    Ordered pizza on Tuesday, July 2nd and no issues. Ordered pizza tonight, Wednesday, July 3rd, and  horrible service. Put order in online, order confirmed, order never delivered!!!! Called the restaurant multiple times, no response, just the automated recording.

    I hope this post reaches the right person and gets my local Pizza Hut some help. I dread going to this one on Friday nights for carry out. There isn't a smile in the place. Employees joke about taking a number to speak to the manager.

    This has had to been the worse Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had...

    The drink machine; Pepsi was flat & the Sierra Mist tasted horrible. I did let the lady know and she said she would have Pepsi changed & the Sierra Mist is actually was "Taste Mist"...

    The buffet pizza was soggy. I had two slices, I had no appetite for more...

    My husband said The marinara sauce was freezing cold.

    I wanted some salad but there was hair on the buffet & just filthy.  The place can use some cleaning. Mopping the floors at night or morning. The buffet area and where the condiments are can be wiped down. Also dust the top of the seats of the booths.

    The stench of mediocre hits you right as you enter the door. It's as if from the second you order you know you'll be let down by the end of this experience. I order a 7.99 carry out 2 topping pepperoni and banana peppers. She ask "pan?" With a nice tone I will admit, I say yes to which she replies "it's a $1.00 more if that's ok" I say yeah. But damn how are you going to make the regular pizza choice you've had for years and then make it an up-charge what kinda bullshat is that. Total comes out to $9.59 or something very close, so not to bad but this restaurant will either screw you with a wait, the price, or just the half ass pizza they don't give a shit about making. Go to hungry howies
